Lucy McFetrich
Lucy McFetrich has been helping companies to communicate more effectively with the City for over fifteen years. Lucy's expertise results from ten years working in Equity Research at Merrill Lynch where she was co-head of Technology Research in EMEA, with specific responsibility for the Software & Computer Services sector. She was regularly No.1-ranked by both the Extel and Institutional Investor surveys.
Lucy graduated in Economics and History from Cambridge University before qualifying as an ACA with KPMG.
Claire Macmillan
Claire Macmillan has been coaching executives in effective investor communication for more than fifteen years, with the last four years being spent in Silicon Valley working with start-ups on pitching to venture capitalists. Prior to becoming a professional coach, Claire practised as a criminal barrister in London before going into pan-European equity sales at Merrill Lynch. Her blend of experience gives her insight into the messages that need to be heard and real experience of how to make a compelling presentation. Claire read Law at Bristol University.
Tom Randell
Tom Randell has been working with companies to build strong stakeholder relationships for nearly twenty years. He began his career as a solicitor at Linklaters in London, where he specialised in capital markets. He then spent a decade in Financial PR with Brunswick and Merlin. Most recently he worked in-house as Head of Investor Relations and Communications at John Laing Group. Tom studied Economics and Politics at the LSE and has a diploma in Investor Relations from the IR Society. He is a dual UK/US national and has lived and worked in both countries.
